About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Revenue Operations Manager to support our Marketing team. This role will own the operational execution behind marketing campaigns by building and maintaining the systems, data infrastructure, and reporting that power scalable growth.

The ideal candidate combines technical CRM expertise with strong analytical thinking and cross-functional collaboration to enable efficient campaign execution and performance visibility.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain landing pages, email campaigns, and marketing lists to support campaign execution

  • Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM structure, workflows, and data integrity

  • Own marketing data infrastructure, integrations, and system maintenance

  • Develop dashboards and reports to track campaign and funnel performance

  • Support marketing analytics, attribution, and performance insights

  • Maintain CRM integrations across marketing and internal systems

  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to improve processes and data flow

  • Ensure accuracy, organization, and scalability of marketing operations systems

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or CRM-focused roles

  • Advanced HubSpot administration and CRM management experience

  • Strong experience with CRM integrations and marketing automation systems

  • Proven ability to build reports, dashboards, and analytics frameworks

  • Experience designing and maintaining marketing data infrastructure

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven

  • Strategic thinker with strong tactical execution skills

  • Data-driven mindset with strong cross-functional communication abilities
