We are looking for a highly skilled, bilingual Account Specialist based in Barranquilla, Colombia to support our growing team. This role will play a critical part in managing client accounts, coordinating product launches, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
As an Account Specialist, you will be responsible for managing product listings, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth account operations under the guidance of Client Account Managers. Your ability to analyze data, manage multiple priorities, and communicate effectively in both English and Spanish will be essential for success in this role.
This is a hybrid position, requiring 3 days in-office and 2 days remote, offering the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment while maintaining flexibility.
Assist in managing client accounts and provide regular updates on product listings and performance.
Work closely with internal teams (copywriting, listing creation, and operations) to ensure timely product launches.
Onboard new accounts and manage product listing setup, updates, and maintenance.
Cross-reference product data and ensure accuracy across multiple platforms.
Utilize Excel and data analysis tools to track performance, identify trends, and provide insights.
Maintain organized and detailed records to support account growth and efficiency.
Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
Advanced Excel Skills: Strong ability to analyze and interpret data.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with asset management tools like Slack, ClickUp, Google Suite, Loom, and Monitask.
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
Time Management & Multitasking: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
Attention to Detail: Capable of handling large volumes of data and ensuring accuracy.
