The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for ensuring a smooth, efficient, and organized candidate experience from application through hire. This role is ideal for a highly organized HR professional with excellent follow-up, communication, and coordination skills. You will be the central point of contact for candidates and hiring teams, ensuring that the recruitment workflow moves quickly and accurately.
Review and screen incoming applications daily within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Collect applications from referrals, external recruiters, and direct sourcing efforts, ensuring all candidates are properly logged into the ATS.
Gather, track, and log feedback from hiring managers and interviewers in a timely manner.
Schedule interviews across multiple time zones and coordinate all logistics.
Conduct initial candidate screenings or interviews as needed.
Coordinate next steps between candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interview panel members.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and status changes in the ATS.
Ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
2+ years of recruiting or recruitment coordination experience.
Experience supporting recruitment for global or distributed teams.
Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple pipelines and priorities simultaneously.
Experience in technical recruiting is strongly preferred.
Familiarity with ATS platforms and Google calendar tools.
Proficient in English.
