About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in SQL, hands-on experience with Power BI, and familiarity with any major dashboarding or data visualization tools.

In this role, you will play a key part in the development of a new data platform that is central to our business strategy. You will be responsible for building scalable, high-performance analytics solutions from the ground up, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and other visualization tools.
• Write complex and efficient SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Optimize existing queries and ensure data integrity across all reporting layers.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across sources and reporting tools.
• Continuously improve data processes, queries, and reporting structures to enhance performance and user experience.
• Maintain clear documentation for all data models, dashboards, and processes.

Skills That Will Enable You to Thrive

• 1 to 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst with strong proficiency in SQL, experience with any major dashboard software, and Power BI 
• Good understanding of Google Sheets
• Extensive experience with Excel.
• Ability to build scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in a startup environment, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
