We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Intelligence (BI) Manager to lead our data analyst team at SellCord. The ideal candidate will have solid experience developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and data visualizations with strong leadership and project management capabilities. We are looking for someone who can act as an operational partner by understanding how the business runs and translating end-user goals into thoughtful, well-designed reporting and solutions beyond surface-level requirements.
You will play a critical role in expanding SellCord’s presence as the top Walmart Marketplace agency.
Develop a strong operational understanding of the business to proactively identify needs and build reporting and solutions that align with end-user intent.
Manage and mentor data analysts team.
Define BI strategy, prioritize projects, and ensure reporting aligns with business objectives.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations while ensuring data accuracy.
Work closely with our technology team to manage databases and BI tools.
Communicate insights and findings to senior leadership and other cross functional departments.
Manage multiple projects and ensure implementation and adoption of new processes.
5+ years of experience in progressive BI roles, ideally in a management role.
Solid technical skills in data modeling, visualization, and database management.
Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical abilities.
Solid communication skills with the ability to explain complex data findings to non-technical team members.
Ability to lead and develop team members.
