The Role Logistics:

We are seeking a dedicated Bookkeeper to join our finance team. This role offers the opportunity for growth and advancement within our rapidly expanding company. You will play a crucial role in managing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and supporting the overall financial management of SellCord.

Responsibilities and Areas of Need:

  • Manage day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accuracy in recording and posting processes.

  • Verify the accuracy of transactions recorded in day books, ledgers, and the general ledger.

  • Prepare financial statements and reports, bringing the books to the trial balance stage.

  • Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner.

  • Assist with client billing and collections.


Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper.

  • Proficiency with QuickBooks and other accounting software.

  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.

  • Ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records accurately.

  • Excellent data entry skills and a keen eye for detail.

  • Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and other financial tools.

  • Proficiency in English and MS Office suite.

  • Strong customer service orientation and negotiation skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration preferred.
