Our finance team plays a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring smooth operations, and supporting SellCord’s continued growth. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Bookkeeper to join our team and help manage our financial processes efficiently.


About The Role

As a AR / Billing Specialist at SellCord, you will be responsible for the ownership of invoicing and collections. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth and accurate billing processes, improve collection timelines, and maintain great client communication. This role reports directly to our Controller and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing company in the e-commerce space.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage collections follow-up efforts
  • Oversee enterprise billing operations, ensuring accuracy and timely invoicing, while addressing and resolving any billing discrepancies or complications
  • Run billing audits to ensure accuracy before invoices are sent
  • Monitor aging reports and reduce overdue AR balances
  • Communicate with clients regarding payments and billing disputes
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, account management, etc.) when billing issues arise


Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong critical thinker and problem-solver
  • 5+ years of experience in an AR position, preferably supporting US companies
  • Detail oriented and self sufficient
  • Strong communication skills with an advanced level of English
  • Prior experience working with e-commerce, multiple entities or complex setups is a plus
