About The Role:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Account Manager to add to our growing team of SMB Account Managers. This is a hybrid role, based out of Barranquilla Colombia. This role is responsible for sustaining relationships with level clients by providing client support, onboarding new brand partners, and driving business development activities. You will play a critical role in expanding SellCord’s presence as the top Walmart Marketplace agency.
Responsibilities and Areas of Need
Managing the account and be the point of contact for clients, providing regular updates such as: replenishment reports, calls recaps, etc. and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Work closely with internal departments, including the copywriting and listing creation teams, to ensure successful product launches by proper task delegation.
Coordinate with our advertising manager to optimize campaigns and drive sales for clients while maintaining a client success focus.
Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and build long-lasting relationships.
